Inspired Healthcare Capital is Hiring a Corporate Controller Near Scottsdale, AZ
We are looking for a Controller to join our team! In this role, you will be setting direction and processes for accounting and financial functions. We are growing and looking for a leader with an agile mindset, an eye for process improvement and the ability to put complex pieces of the puzzle together.
What you’ll be doing:
· Manage corporate accounting and entities associated with IHC
· Guide financial decisions by developing and monitoring polices and procedures
· Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and reports
· Overseeing financial and accounting staff
What you’ll bring to the table:
· Active CPA license is strongly preferred
· 10 years of accounting and managerial experience
· Extensive experience in intercompany transactions and consolidation accounting
· Real Estate background
· Strong technical accounting experience
· Ability to work in a complex structure
· We move fast around here! Ability to duck and dive when necessary will be key.
